We work directly with project owners. *
If you have full authority and decision-making power for your project, we're ready to talk! If you require someone else's approval or input before we embark on a project together, please ensure that you have it before you get in touch with us.
We always document our work, and we often post photos of it online. *
If you'd prefer confidentiality for any portion of your project, please let us know prior to getting started, so we don't spill the beans.
Please plan to keep us in the loop as your project evolves. *
Hit some delays? Received new information relating to the project scope or budget? Decided that Good Snake's not the right fit after initial kickoff conversations? Completely fine, we just ask that you remain as up-front as possible with us, and we'll do the same.
Check your SPAM folder if you contact us and don't hear back within a couple business days. *
We're really good at email, but some servers send snakes, even good ones, straight to the SPAM folder.
Good Snake's original artwork remains ours unless we explicitly release it to you. *
Sketches and other original artwork that we create during the early stages of our project may not be reproduced, altered, or applied by you or any other associated entities.
We usually sign our painted work. *
If we paint a sign, mural, or anything else for your project, we may select a small area to sign or otherwise place our name or logo. If you prefer to keep our name completely off of any or all pieces that we paint for your project, please let us know in writing before we bring the brushes out.
Changes, additions, and delays on your part may incur additional fees and/or extend the overall project timeline. *
THINGS THAT MIGHT CAUSE YOUR PROJECT TO COST YOU MORE TIME AND/OR MONEY: -not responding/responding slowly to time-sensitive emails or phone calls -submitting payment later than originally agreed -failing to ensure that we can physically access objects or surfaces that you have hired us to paint on the intended date
In case of project cancellation after work has commenced, we retain the cost of the relative part of the work or a 25% termination fee, whichever is greater. *
Any artwork that we develop in connection with your cancelled project will remain the sole property of Good Snake, and may not be used for any purposes by you or any of your associates.
A returned or stopped payment will result in immediate project termination, and will incur a convenience fee of $30 in addition to associated cancellation fees. *
Any artwork that we develop in connection with your cancelled project is the sole property of Good Snake, and may not be used for any purposes by you or any of your associates.
You are responsible for ensuring that the project deliverables comply with all local, state, and federal laws, and for identifying and obtaining required permits. *
We make no representations or warranties in connection with compliance with local, state, or federal rules, codes, or regulations.
We ask our clients to collect all painted pieces within two weeks of notification of project completion, or to arrange an expectation of when they can be retrieved. *
After two weeks without notice, completed pieces remaining in our studio may be subject to additional storage fees, and we reserve the right to dispose of completed pieces with no refund after a month.
There are many creatives who would probably love to work on your project. Good chemistry's important! While nothing beats an in-person introduction, we highly recommend taking some time to get to know us through our online presence before you reach out directly. *
Our website and Instagram are two great places to start. If, after you've done your research, you still think we might be just the snakes you're looking for, we can't wait to hear from you!
